Thank God, it is a sunny day in Seoul! I have been waiting for days to make my Dosa batter ready. Last time i made it, was quite cloudy, which did not result in the fermentation that is supposed to happen. My dosas were crispy, but not quite tasty.
Yesterday, before starting the pre-preparations for the dosa, i checked the forecast for the day. Assured by the forecast, I soaked the urad dal and rice yesterday. The morning turned out to be quite cloudy again while i was grinding the stuff. As the day progressed, i could see Mr Sun peeking out and Seoul was is a better mood!

Arise, Oh! Batter, Arise!
Outdoor work was very inviting, thanks to Madam Seoul's warmth.
If the sun is out, the shadows will come :)
Hope you got your crispy tasty dosa.
